Customer Service Representative / Receptionist

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors with a warm and professional approach. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries. Ensure efficient enquiry management and conversion of leads from marketing and advertisements. Assist patients with insurance-related processes, including eligibility checks, prior approvals, and documentation. Maintain accurate records and support clinical staff in day-to-day administrative needs. Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and patient care.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years' experience as a receptionist or CSR in a clinical/medical centre setting. Prior experience in

multi-specialty clinics

preferred. Strong knowledge of medical insurance procedures, approvals, and eligibility. Fluent in

English

(spoken and written) - Arabic and/or French is an added advantage.*
Excellent communication skills, well-groomed personality, and professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with their

own visa

are preferred.

Experience:

Receptionist / CSR in a medical or clinical: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:

Arabic / French / Tagalog (Preferred)
