Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Service Representative to support our real estate clients through every stage of their property journey. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, providing timely, accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Your role is vital in building strong client relationships and supporting the sales and property management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, emails, and messages from prospective buyers, tenants, and property owners.
Provide detailed information about property listings, sales processes, leasing terms, and company policies.
Assist clients in scheduling property viewings, site visits, and meetings with sales agents or property managers.
Resolve client issues or complaints efficiently and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team member.
Maintain and update client records and communication logs in the CRM system.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and property management teams to ensure client needs are met.
Follow up with clients post-sale or lease to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Educate clients on documentation requirements, financing options, and transaction procedures.
Support administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, processing payments, and managing databases.
Stay informed about current real estate market trends, legal regulations, and company offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in real estate, property management, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with CRM software and office productivity tools.
Knowledge of real estate terminology, sales, and leasing processes is an advantage.
Patience, empathy, and professionalism in handling client interactions.
High school diploma required; additional education or certification in real estate or customer service is a plus.
