Duties

Conduct outbound calls to existing clients and potential leads to promote services and gather feedback Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions Maintain accurate records of interactions using data entry and CRM systems Assist with client onboarding and follow-up communications Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve outreach strategies Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach goals and enhance service quality

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual abilities, with proficiency in English required; additional languages are a plus Strong sales aptitude with experience in client engagement and relationship building Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Experience in customer support, call center operations, or outbound calling preferred Good analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when needed Typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer interactions
