Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Fresher or 2 year experience in a similar position in UAE or Home country call center/Sales/Customer service experience is mandatory.
  • Fluent in English & Multi-language speaker can be selected as priority, like Arabic and French.
  • Must be a pleasing personality and very good communication and interactive skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, observation skills, strong customer service skills, ability to handle irate customers, willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed, knowledge of basic computer skills
  • Attention to details, Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is desirable, but not essential.
  • Confident with all Microsoft Office packages.
  • Must be in age group of 21 years to 35 years .
  • Updated CV must contain Full and recent Photo graph.
SALARY \xe2\x80\x93 Starts from 2,200.00 to 3,500 Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
