Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fresher or 2 year experience in a similar position in UAE or Home country call center/Sales/Customer service experience is mandatory.
- Fluent in English & Multi-language speaker can be selected as priority, like Arabic and French.
- Must be a pleasing personality and very good communication and interactive skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, observation skills, strong customer service skills, ability to handle irate customers, willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed, knowledge of basic computer skills
- Attention to details, Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is desirable, but not essential.
- Confident with all Microsoft Office packages.
- Must be in age group of 21 years to 35 years .
- Updated CV must contain Full and recent Photo graph.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
