Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their floral needs, providing excellent service, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. You will handle orders, answer inquiries, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in our shop.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting flowers, plants, and gifts. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on flower arrangements, care, and special occasions. Process customer orders in-store, over the phone, and online. Handle cash register transactions, payments, and receipts. Coordinate with florists and delivery staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop environment. Assist in restocking inventory and preparing floral displays. Promote shop products and special offers to enhance sales.

Requirements:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Passion for flowers, plants, and floral design is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
