Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, messages, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure timely closure.
Maintain customer records and update internal systems accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations) to fulfil customer requests.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Prepare daily and weekly reports related to customer interactions.
Requirements:
Must be
currently residing in Sharjah, UAE
.
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi , and English
.(Malyalam is an advantage)
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM preferred).
