We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information and assistance.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person.
Provide information about services and facilities.
Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Job Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality sector, preferably in Qatar or GCC.
Good looking with an attractive personality.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask.
Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
