We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and multilingual Customer Service Representative Female to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our users, ensuring seamless support and a world-class experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment, is highly adaptable, and enjoys solving problems creatively.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels (chat, email, phone). Resolve user inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and feedback systems. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up as needed. Adapt to the fast paced startup environment and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in tech or app-based services. Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus specifically urdu/hindi. Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with evolving responsibilities. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer first mindset.

Preferred:

Female Candidates Only. Experience in a startup or high growth tech company. Familiarity with AI powered platforms or mobile apps.
