CRM Specialist
to oversee and enhance our customer relationship management systems. This role is critical in driving customer engagement, supporting the efficiency of sales and marketing operations, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of customer data across platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset, with a commitment to improving workflows and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, and WhatsApp.
Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Provide accurate information about product.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Identify customer issues and resolve them efficiently.
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
Stay informed about company products and promotions.
Educate customers on product features and benefits.
Qualifications and Skills:
Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with online communication tools.
Good communication skills.
