Excellent in Drafting Emails and chats.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with the corporates and individuals.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Patience and tolerance Working under pressure.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
