Incoming calls, emailing, e-chat
Mission:
Provide daily support to clients via phone, email, or chat by offering clear and precise information to meet their needs.
Profile:
Strong listening skills and empathy
Sense of initiative and proactivity
Good general knowledge
Ability to identify client expectations
Capacity to converse naturally and spontaneously with clients
Ease and comfort in using computer tools
Excellent command of French (speaking, grammar, conjugation)
