In this role, you coordinate communication between planners and customers and monitor the progress of complex operational processes. You are responsible for the accurate administration of orders and invoicing within a dynamic transport environment. You have a passion for customer interaction and excel at building sustainable relationships with a diverse range of clients.
You take initiative and demonstrate innovation to enhance the quality of services provided. You think proactively not only on behalf of the customer but also for the organization. Additionally, you actively contribute to the innovation of internal processes within Van den Bosch, where innovation is one of the company's key values.
As the primary point of contact for after-sales inquiries, you independently manage your client portfolio and handle requests efficiently. Your organizational skills and deep understanding of the transport sector enable you to proactively identify potential issues, provide solutions, and support customers swiftly and professionally.
You proactively identify possible challenges, collaborate with clients on solutions, and address their questions quickly and professionally. Furthermore, you contribute to improving current processes by sharing your insights and ideas.
Your profile
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification. Customer-oriented experience, preferably in transport, logistics, bulk liquids/ISO Tank Excellent command of English and proficiency in at least one additional language; Sufficient knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, E-mail; Proactive, commercial attitude and good communication skills; Resident of United Arab Emirates.
