Greet members and assist callers
Assist members in any concerns and perform the necessary account maintenance
Assist members with questions and account inquiries

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in the same industry

Ability to analyze and research information
Attention to detail
Knowledge of company products and services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, positive outlook and outstanding interpersonal skills are musts
