We are looking for a candidate to work as Customer Service Representatives / Car Park Attendant on one of our prestigious car park locations in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
To liaise with members of the public and give advice on the car park facilities and any parking issues in a courteous manner, ensuring that our customer care policy is always adhered to.
Responsible for accepting all types of payments Cash, Debit or Credit cards.
To assist in preparing reports
To handle the membership, invoicing, and call centre related jobs in the car park.
Qualifications:
Good English Communication skills and customer service are required.
Sending Emails and answering phone calls for inquiries experience.
Must have strong excel skills (required).
Minimum 1 year of Admin and Customer service experience (required)
What We Offer:
Salary: AED 2,400.00
+ Visa and medical insurance provided.
12-hour rotational shift, 6 days a week.
