We are looking for a candidate to work as Customer Service Representatives / Car Park Attendant / Cashier on one of our prestigious car park locations in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
To liaise with members of the public and give advice on the car park facilities and any parking issues in a courteous manner, ensuring that our customer care policy is always adhered to.
To assist in preparing reports
Responsible for accepting all types of payments Cash, Debit or Credit cards.
To handle the membership, invoicing, and call centre related jobs in the car park.
Qualifications:
Good English Communication skills and customer service are required.
Sending Emails and answering phone calls for inquiries experience.
Minimum 1 year of Customer service experience (required)
What We Offer:
Salary: AED 2,400.00
+ Visa and medical insurance provided.
12-hour rotational shift, 6 days a week.
