Customer Service Representatives
to join both
day
and
night shift
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails in
Arabic and English
.
Handle inquiries, complaints, follow-ups, and service coordination professionally.
Use
CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)
to log, manage, and track all customer interactions.
Coordinate with operations and technical teams to schedule installations and service calls.
Ensure timely and clear updates to customers on their cases or service progress.
Assist in collecting customer feedback and reporting recurring issues.
Work in assigned shifts (day or night) with availability on weekends if needed.
Shift Timings
Day Shift:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Night Shift:
6:00 PM - 3:00 AM (with transportation support if needed)
Requirements
Fluency in Arabic and English
(spoken and written) is
mandatory
.
1-3 years of experience in a customer service or support role in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar).
Excellent communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations.
Willingness to work in shifts (day or night) including occasional weekends or public holidays.
