We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Service - Outreach specialist to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients and prospects through outbound calls, providing exceptional support, and promoting our services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual or multilingual, and have experience in call center environments or customer support roles. Duties



Conduct outbound calls to existing clients and potential customers to promote services and gather feedback Provide professional customer support via phone, ensuring a positive experience for all callers Manage data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and other computer applications Assist with client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up actions for quality assurance Utilize strong phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies based on analysis of call data and customer feedback

Qualifications



Proven experience in call center operations, customer service, or client support roles is preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable (English required) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently, including typing and documentation tasks Experience with outbound calling campaigns and customer outreach strategies is a plus Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and improve outreach effectiveness Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in sales or cash handling is advantageous but not required
