Qualifications:
At least 2 years' experience in the exchange industry.
Filipino nationals (male & female) are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of exchange rates and currency handling.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with currency exchange transactions.
Provide accurate and prompt service.
Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
Keep records of transactions and report discrepancies.
