To facilitate the VISA Concierge (Application / Appointment) & handle front office & back-office operations conducted at the respective Center.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their visa requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Handle customer/applicant queries and provide detailed information on visa procedures personally or via email, telephone.
Handle cash and bank related transactions if assigned and ensure 100% accuracy
Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors.
Maintain compliance to the standard operating procedures, manuals etc. without deviation in process
Inform the applicants about the available Value-Added Services and ensure delivery of Value-Added Service options to applicants/ customers.
Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services provided and their overall experience at the application center.
Ensure that the entire process is completed within the mandated Turn Around Time.
Assist Deputy Manager/Operations Manager in various tasks assisgned
Ensure judicious use of natural resources
Qualifications:
Minimum Education
: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in any discipline is a plus.
Experience:
1-2 years of Sales or Customer Services experience preferably in the Travel and Toursim or Hospitality or Service Industry. Preferably handling Golden Visas.
Knowledge and Skills
:
Excellent communication skills in both reading and speaking English language, preferably arabic.
Good Interpersonal skills.
Customer service-oriented with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in using computer applications and office equipment.
Ability to handle a high volume of customers while maintaining composure and professionalism.
Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills.
