Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Service Officer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Receive and settle clients or patient issues
  • Generate, manage and distribute correspondence, reports as well as documents
  • Call and receive internal as well as external phone calls
  • Prepare documents and share minutes of meetings
  • Collect, sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Coordinate with internal and external contacts
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in a business related course required
  • At least 1 year of experience in the same or similar position
  • Good communication and customer service skills required
  • Should be able to plan in advance, prioritizing, manage time and utilization of resources efficiently
  • Must be self motivated and able to work independently
  • Should be able to understand matters easily and analyze in a logical and professional way
  • Must be reliable and honest in disclosing any work related or client issues
  • Must be patient with a positive attitude
  • Competency in using computer applications required
