One of our client in Abu Dhabi from Steel Manufacturing industry looking for customer service officer Below are the requirements. Qualifications:

• Female
• 25 - 35 years old
• Graduate of any bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years experience in the same capacity in a manufacturing or building materials industry
• Good communication and correspondence skills
• Computer literate with experience in SAP system is preferred
• Ability to work well with a team and under pressure
• Quick-learner, proactive, detailed-oriented, and result-driven

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible in updating sales related reports and presentations
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers for order confirmation and delivery
• Liaise with Production, Store, Logistics and sales departments for schedule of order deliveries
• Responsible in preparation of purchase requisition for fabricated materials including third party orders in SAP
• Manage the preparation and review of contract/supply agreements, and vendor registrations
• Manage the preparation of work orders for Production
• Provide briefings on sales activities and other sales related issues
• Handle scheduling of Sales meetings including preparation of meeting agenda
• Maintain all company files and other important sales related documents
• Knowledgeable in preparation of Purchase Order, quotation and project/bidding submittals is advantageous

Salary Package: Salary - 4,600 - 5,500 AED depending on qualifications Transportation - provided (pick and drop) Annual leave - 30 days per year Ticket - Annual Health Insurance - Enhanced Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,600.00 - AED5,500.00 per month Education:

Experience:

• customer service in manufacturing industry: 3 years (Required)
• managing logistics, sales and production department: 3 years (Preferred)
• Purchase Order, quotation and project/bidding submittals: 3 years (Required)
• preparing the work order and delivering the orders: 3 years (Required)
• customer service in building materials co.: 3 years (Required)
• working in SAP: 2 years (Required)
• making contract agreements &vendor regestrations: 3 years (Required)
