Urgently Hiring!! Position : Customer Service officer Experience : 3-4 years Job Location : Al Jurf Industrial Area 2, Ajman UAE Scope of the role To attract customer by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about products and services, updates on the status of LPO, order, delivery etc and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications, Experience and skills Graduate with 3-4 years of experience in handling customers Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Job Profile Receives and manages incoming calls, emails, sales enquiries and other queries Maintains customer database/CRM. Handles complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow up for to ensure solution Coordinates with all necessary departments. Follows up with customer for LPO confirmation and processing. Follows up with customer for payment collection. Follows up for LPO with sales teams and ensure customer queries are resolved within LT Provides necessary support to sales team. Maintains sales data regularly and consolidates for review meetings. Prepares technical submittal and prequalification files. Builds and maintains relationships with the customers. Makes cold calls to generate sales enquiries. Supports business development strategies as necessary. Creates NCR based on customer complaints, follows up for closure of the same Keeps records of customer interaction, and file documents Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies Report any matter of concern to management on timely basis. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
