Job Summary: Looking for Customer Service Officer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details

Undertake all administrative tasks for example data input, processing information, completing documents etc
Make sure orders are processed in line with the available inventory levels
Make orders and ensure effective delivery of goods to customers
Settle any sales related issues with clients
Make sure the correct shipping instructions and invoices are prepared
Create and maintain collaborative productive relationship with the company clients
Attend to clients\' queries and requests on time
Liaise effectively with clients in a professional and friendly way
Generate invoices for the shipments done
Evaluate and determine weakness areas of improvement and benchmarks of satisfaction and suggest appropriate actions
Liaise with warehouses on stock position of items, container arrival, offloading details as well as delivery of the units to the clients
Perform other duties as may be assigned

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or any related course
Proven experience in the same or similar role is required
Excellent communication and customer service skills required
Should be presentable, proactive with an outgoing personality
Expertise in Ms Office suite with an excellent typing speed required
Good report writing skills required
Should be hardworking and results oriented
