As a Customer Service Administrator, you will provide administrative support and process critical customer requests within the New Business department.
Job Accountabilities
As a Customer Service Administrator, your role will involve:
Undertake thorough quality checks of various New Business Processes accurately and in accordance with procedures
Undertake thorough AML checks in line with the regulator\'s requirements
Process Corporate/Trust cases, World-Checks, High premium assessments, CFI\'s, policy issue and upkeep of TMS accurately and consistently. Make decisions using a balance of regulation and using a business minded approach
Handle routine and complex enquiries from internal and external customers within well-defined procedures and in a customer centric manner
Contribute to the operational efficiency of the department through effective and efficient liaison with relevant individuals and units to ensure swift and efficient follow up of pipeline cases, policy amendments and resolve errors comprehensively
Responsible for the effective maintenance of NB records to ensure they are accurate, up-to-date and easily accessible to team members, including files and documents held on the computer network
Maintain strict confidentiality of all data processed including clients\' details, premiums register and clients\' historical records
Ensure own productivity through meeting/exceeding the standards prescribed in the CS Quadrant plan
Job Qualifications

UAE National Preffered
Graduate in relevant discipline.
Business minded approach
High level of numeracy, with an ability to meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in a variety of PC software packages including word-processing and spreadsheets
Adaptable to change
Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
Ability to assimilate technical information
Ability to identify and work towards achieving specific objectives
Positive outlook and proactive in finding solutions
Ability to work on weekends and evenings based on business requirement
