Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Service Officer in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Ensure every customer receives outstanding services at all times
Respond to queries and provide the required information to the guests in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer feedback, comments and complaints
Respond to customer questions concerning products and offers available
Obtain orders from customers and process them accurately in a timely manner
Always ensure customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications and Experience

Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management or its equivalent
Practical experience in the same or similar position required
Good communication and customer service skills required
Expertise in Ms Office suite with excellent typing skills required
Must be confident with the ability to handle pressure
Should have a positive attitude and able to handle all kinds of clients
