Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator – Catering Division
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator to join our catering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating internal catering operations, and supporting marketing activities across multiple platforms. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and creative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and inquiries related to catering services, providing excellent service and support.
Coordinate with internal staff to ensure smooth execution of catering tasks and timely delivery.
Manage and organize catering orders using Excel (tracking requests, scheduling, and order follow-up).
Monitor and update inventory of catering tools and supplies.
Support marketing efforts by creating promotional content (videos, designs, posts) using editing tools and AI-based applications.
Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) through creative campaigns and promotions.
Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and staff to meet expectations and maintain service quality.
