We are Hiring for a Customer Service Manager / Head of Contact Centre.
Minimum of 5-7 years managerial experience in the UAE (preferably in a E-commerce, Call Centre, Customer Service).
Some of the major responsibilities will be
Ensure the highest levels of collaboration between all teams responsible for Service Delivery (Production, Distribution, Finance Sales and Customer Service agents),
Continuously upgrade the Customer Service / Account Management Process and use of CRM. Where possible utilize technology to automate processes,
Monitor E-commerce developments and contribute towards strategies that ensure that organization remains an innovative technology driven organization,
Nationality - Open Salary: AED 15,000 \xe2\x80\x93 20,000/Month +Other Benefits.
