Within One Month Responsibilities

Shouldering responsibility of managing Service Operations of direct and Indirect after sales of North and East ensuring service deliverables, financials and customer satisfaction as per the organizational goals
Administering activities like service operations, marketing, channel management, customer satisfaction and revenue growth by effective partner engagement programs
Accountable for selling after sale service contracts to maximize the annuity revenue
Reviewing operations, identifying gaps and suggesting ways to fill the same
Supporting sales functions for product demos
Developing service strategies, exploring ways to reach customer faster and make him satisfy through effective team
