Job Description

Scope: Should able to lead the backend team Generate revenue through sales, identify new sales prospects, and maintain relationships with clients and the expanding customer base. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: & Accountabilities
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries in the form of WhatsApp, emails, phone calls and social media
  • Communicating with customers through various channels to confirm sign ups, menus and payments
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes.
  • Communication complaints to necessary departments and maintaining.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Overseeing of quality control in all products leaving the kitchen.
  • Overseeing and assisting with delivery process and operations.
  • Label and sticker management as well as production maintenance
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Database maintenance and update.
  • Income and expense control.
  • Marketing collateral control.
  • Daily customer menu, delivery location and instruction confirmation.
  • Overseeing of delivery schedule.
  • Should know how to manage the CRM & Backend.
Salary and Other benefits: Gross Salary: AED 4000 - 5000 / Month Other Benefits:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in the F&B / catering industry preferably in UAE
  • Proven ability to manage backend and CRM
  • Preferably having UAE Driving License
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Communication skills and the ability to build relationships with various clients.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Experience:
  • MS Office and Excel: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Tele Customer Service Manager or Team Leader: 2 years (Required)
  • Tele Sales Manager or Team Leader: 1 year (Preferred)
