One of the leading Medical Devices companies is actively recruiting a Customer Service & Logistics Representative to be based in Dubai, UAE

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
  • Managing the Order to Cash process
  • Analysing monthly backlog
  • Working with other departments (Sales, QRC and Finance) to ensure smooth execution of order to cash activities
  • Responding to internal and external customers enquiries
  • Supporting the team in resolving customer issues
  • Following the company SOPs and making sure that local and global polices are followed
  • Bridge between freight forwarders, factories, and customers
  • Coordinating with freight forwarders
  • Escalate the issues to Supervisor
  • Maintaining filing systems and updating all internal files in a timely manner
  • Complying with regulatory authorities
  • Handling and resolving queries from Customers, Sales, Finance and QRC Team
