About the Role
We are offering an exciting
internship opportunity
for a motivated and enthusiasticCustomer Service Intern
to join our real estate team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students looking to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry while developing customer service and communication skills. A monthly stipend will be provided.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in making outbound calls to leads from the company database. Support the sales team by scheduling appointments and property viewings. Handle basic customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain client details and call records in the CRM system. Follow up with potential clients under the guidance of senior staff. Learn and understand the fundamentals of Dubai's real estate market.
Requirements:
Fresh graduate or student (background in business, marketing, or related fields preferred). Strong communication skills and willingness to learn. Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally. Good organizational and time-management skills. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
