Key Responsibilities

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate products, services, and procedures
- Participate in outbound calling programs and special projects as assigned
- Ensure seamless customer transactions and maintain detailed records of interactions
- Adapt to rotational shifts and remain flexible for internal career growth opportunities
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience, preferably within the real estate sector
- Bilingual fluency in English (B2 Level+), additional language skills are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but a combination of education and experience will be considered
- Cheerful personality with a customer-first approach
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and grow into advanced roles over time
