After successful 2024, looking for Customer Experience Manager to join the team.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to promote collaboration and a consistent, customer-focused approach across departments.
Support the design and implementation of customer experience programs, while working with marketing, sales, operations, and product teams.
Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and data to help improve and align services with customer expectations.
Key Candidate Criteria
Must have relevant background in Customer Experience or Events Management ideally in finance or banking industry.
Knowledge in data analytics and reporting, with the ability to interpret and communicate insights.
Must have a customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, including attention to detail.
Ability to manage stakeholders, drive collaboration across teams, and contribute a positive organizational culture.
Can speak fluent English and Arabic.
