Customer Service Representative Malyalam Tamil English Hindi

Key Responsibilities

:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Provide accurate information about products and services.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Continuously improve service delivery by providing feedback and suggestions.

Requirements

:

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a multinational company.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
