Centerstone Interiors is a leading interior design and vinyl wrapping company, proudly serving clients across the UAE since 2016. We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Job Role:

The selected candidate will manage customer interactions and inquiries, primarily through WhatsApp, while focusing on providing exceptional service and converting leads into sales to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and leads, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Understand customer needs and provide tailored information about our services. Follow up on potential leads to convert them into confirmed sales. Schedule and confirm client appointments, ensuring clear communication. Maintain an organized record of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies. Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Requirements:

Language Skills:

Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Sales Enthusiasm:

A genuine interest in sales and a natural ability to build rapport with clients.

Experience:

Freshers are welcome; prior customer service or sales experience is a plus.

Location:

Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Age:

Preferably young and dynamic.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in using WhatsApp and basic office tools.

Customer-Focused:

Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
