Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative with a background in air, land and sea shipping and hands-on experience with JCtrans platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and coordination throughout the shipping process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide end-to-end support for air, land and sea freight shipments.

Coordinate with operations, documentation, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of services.

Maintain strong communication with overseas agents, especially through JCtrans platform.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, shipment status, and required documentation.

Monitor and track shipments, proactively update customers on delays or issues.

Manage complaints or service issues and resolve them efficiently.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Support the sales and operations team in achieving KPIs and service quality standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.

Strong knowledge of air, land and sea shipping procedures and documentation.

Hands-on experience with JCtrans platform and communication protocols.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Proficient in MS Office and logistics CRM tools.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
