Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Customer Service Executive

to join our shipping company specializing in

Air, Sea, and Land

freight. The role requires handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, tracking shipments, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end shipping experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding

air, sea, and land shipments

. Handle customer inquiries related to pricing, shipment tracking, documentation, customs clearance, delivery timelines, etc. Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, documentation, and logistics to ensure prompt and accurate service delivery. Provide real-time shipment updates to customers and resolve any service issues or delays. Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of records in the system (e.g., AWBs, B/Ls, PODs, invoices). Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs agents for smooth movement of cargo. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare and share regular shipment status reports and dashboards. Support in post-shipment documentation and billing queries. Handle complaints professionally and escalate critical issues to management if needed.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms), customs regulations, and documentation. Experience in handling Air, Sea, and Land shipments is a

must

. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Problem-solving and customer-centric mindset. Familiarity with logistics software, CRM tools, and shipment tracking platforms.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in customer service within a shipping company. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred:



Multilingual (advantageous depending on region). Knowledge of UAE/GCC shipping laws (if applicable).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
