We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Sales Support Executive to join our freight forwarding team.
This role will focus on managing sales enquiries, preparing accurate and timely quotations, maintaining enquiry logs, and supporting conversion efforts.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of logistics pricing, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Log all received enquiries in the Enquiry Log with proper referencing (including attached enquiry emails).
Perform regular audits to ensure all received enquiries are accurately logged and tracked.
Provide accurate and complete cost quotations:
o FOB enquiries - within 1 hour
o EXW enquiries - within 3 hours
Ensure all quotes reflect current rates, surcharges, and correct routing.
Random checks to be performed between enquiries received and quotations submitted to ensure quality control.
Deliver a minimum of 20 quotations per day.
Maintain an organized workflow to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously with a strong turnaround time.
Collaborate with operations, customer service, and sales teams for timely follow-up and resolution.
Ensure that all enquiries are followed up and closed with accurate feedback within 1-2 days of quoting.
