We are looking for a
highly experienced, trilingual Customer Service / Patient Relations professional
to join our Sharjah clinic.What You'll Do:
Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and inquiries Guide patients across
all medical services
Handle insurance, billing, and EMR documentation Ensure smooth clinic workflow and high patient satisfactionWhat We're Looking For:
4+ years UAE clinic experience
(hospitals or multi-specialty clinics) Fluent inArabic, English, and French
Knowledge ofall medical services, insurance, billing, and FIT operations
Professional, patient-focused, and proactiveWhat We Offer:
