We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Customer Service Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with product information, orders, and delivery tracking.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Provide feedback to management on customer trends and recurring issues.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales support is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
