Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain detailed customer records and service logs
Coordinate with internal departments to support customer needs
Follow company service standards and policies
Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related role
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a professional attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
