Qate Marine Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and proactive

Customer Service Executive

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner Process sales orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Support the sales team with quotations and follow-ups Provide product/service information to customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:



Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
