Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Assist clients with property listings, site visits, and documentation
Coordinate with sales and leasing teams to ensure smooth customer transactions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company listings and market trends
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
At least
1 year of customer service experience
( UAE real estate experience )
Fluency in both English and Arabic
is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
