The Customer Service Executive is responsible for handling sales administrative documentation and coordinating new sales orders using the Oracle system. This role includes supporting the sales team, ensuring compliance with RTA procedures, managing customer accounts, and resolving issues to maintain efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
Process and coordinate new sales orders through Oracle, including booking, price changes, car shipping, order releasing, and order closing.
Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure RTA procedures are completed with proper authorization for both local and export sales.
Create and update sales agreements, service contracts, rust proofing, insurance registration, trade-ins, and gift item orders in Oracle.
Interact with relevant departments to ensure efficient invoicing processes.
Support the sales team with internal and external administrative tasks and customer correspondence.
Monitor customer accounts and provide relevant data and reports to the sales team.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in accordance with company procedures.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Basic graduation in any discipline
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Good people management and communication skills
Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
