Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job: To receive all customers visiting the Workshop and provide a general support service to the Sales and Service teams, treating each customer as an individual, with care and respect. To ensure that Autohaus contributes to customer satisfaction by providing optimal customer care and high quality of service work. Promote our Service Centre benefits, capabilities and strengths to potential customers. Main Tasks and Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Reporting directly to Service Manager (Supervising Manager) Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries Coordinate and direct efficient operation of incoming calls, and take detailed messages in order to maintain communication with Administrative Staff Assures the readiness of the reception area at the beginning of each working day. Opens the office at the designated time: ensure beverages are prepared and available for customers. Tidiness reception desk at the end of each day, ensure all working documents are safely secured in the drawer. Reviews and responds to all Telephone messages received outside business hours Maintains a professional appearance and positive approach towards customers at all times Performs office support functions, which includes sorting and distributing incoming mail, posting outgoing mail, typing correspondence reports, and maintaining files and office records. Maintain and provide Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report requested by Line Manager Maintain Daily Call Log Report and Customer Survey Satisfaction Report Receiving customer service appointments request and attend them accordingly: a. Confirming customer service appointments b. Sending reminder text message to customer prior to one day appointment. c. Following up customers who have failed to appear on their schedule and reschedule them according to date and time availability. d. Prepare customer file with the last service history e. Making sure customer and vehicle details are correct and complete, if necessary needs to update record using DMS f. Offering customer service mobilities like: taxi, drop off (if avail.), recovery service Receiving and ensuring accurate customer payments thru cash and/or credit card transactions before delivery or release of customer vehicles Maintaining Office & Refreshments supplies and keep inventory when needed. Coordinating recovery truck as per request. Coordinating and protocolling company drivers schedule Monitor Social Media Account \xe2\x80\x93 Facebook, Instagram, Google my business account. - Attend customer complaints/feedback/appreciation. Perform duties as they relate to the Front Desk operations in an efficient and effective manner. *Only experienced female candidates already inside UAE will be entertained* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Experience:
