Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Club's reception area and ensuring that we provide club members and guests with a friendly professional service that should reflect the overall standards and image of the Club.
Welcoming club members, guests, and prospective members in a professional and courteous manner and providing thorough explanation and orientation of the club's facilities, services, and general procedures.
Accountable for handling phone inquiries.
Managing minor complaints and concerns.
Assisting the Membership Consultants and Personal Trainers and members in completing the sales and other transactions.
Guiding new FOH Staff in basic knowledge, information, duties, and responsibilities at the reception area.
Ensuring an accurate report and proper handover of cash float and cash sales when allocated as a cashier.

Experience:
customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
