Customer Service Advisor

We are a small team working in a relaxed but fast-paced office environment with offices in Dubai & United Kingdom. We seek a new long term team member for our Dubai office who is looking to further their career in a constantly growing business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries via phone, email & live chat.
- Following up top leads and placing customer orders.
- Carrying out operational tasks with precision.
- Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams daily to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Managing your own workload to a high standard
- Make sure all marketing goals are achieved well
- Make sure all complaints gets resolved in a fair way
You Should Have:
- Excellent customer service and clear communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and a good attitude towards problem-solving.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong team working ability as well as competence to work on your own initiative.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to the changing priorities of the business.
- Passion about being the best you can be and a healthy attitude towards work.
Requirements:
- A recent 4+ years of customer/sales service experience.
- Computer literate with good typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eligible to work in the Dubai/Visa assistance given for potential employees
- Must have similar experience
Details:
- AED 50,000-99,000 per annum based on experience. Paid monthly.
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays.
- Regular business hours are Monday - Saturday, 11 am - 08 PMFlexibility is required to cope with the time differences with the UK.
- Shift Rota
- Travelling is required for the training
- Must hold a valid passport, a complete due diligence is required
- Visa Sponsorship is given
