to manage client coordination along with basic accounting and billing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries, calls, and follow-ups professionally Coordinate with clients regarding sessions, payments, and service updates Prepare invoices, receipts, and maintain basic financial records Support daily administrative and accounts-related operations

Requirements:



Strong communication and customer-handling skills Basic knowledge of accounting, invoicing, and records Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications Detail-oriented with a professional and team-focused attitude
