Customer Service Representative
with adegree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with users, and translating technical concepts into clear, helpful guidance. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries while maintaining a high level of satisfaction. Should be good in microsoft office applications more particularly in excel.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
