Flying Colour Business Setup Services LLC is seeking an experienced
Relationship Officer / Client Coordinator
with excellent customer service and operations skills. The candidate must be professional, proactive, and able to create a welcoming environment for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in customer care (calling) or administrative roles, with at least
1 year of UAE experience
in customer service.
Strong operations experience and familiarity with CRM systems.
Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and inviting experience.
Handle client calls and emails promptly, addressing queries and concerns within assigned timelines.
Conduct daily follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp regarding ongoing work and update records in the software without fail.
Take immediate action on new order forms received from Sales/ECS/CP teams as per timelines.
Manage a portfolio of
70-80 clients
effectively.
Provide advisory services on business formation across different zones, based on research and client needs.
Language Requirement (Mandatory):
Native Hindi speaker
- fluency in Hindi is essential for effective communication with clients.
